After graduating from Keio University’s Faculty of Business and Commerce, Maria Okubo began her career at Tokyu Corporation, focusing on new graduate recruitment. She then relocated to the United States in 2022, supporting RakuNest, Rakuten USA’s Silicon Valley coworking space and community, and developing innovative training programs. After returning to Japan, Maria joined DIMENSION in December 2024, currently overseeing external relations, public relations, and new graduate recruitment initiatives.
