DIMENSION makes lead investment in NATSLIVE, operator of a live streaming fan media platform

DIMENSION Corporation (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takamitsu Miyaso; hereafter, DIMENSION) announces its lead investment in NATSLIVE Group Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Atsushi Imada; hereafter, NATSLIVE), which operates a live streaming fan media platform.

NATSLIVE, which became independent from the Cookpad Group on October 2, 2023, operates the live streaming fan media platform “NATSLIVE.” Since 2019, it has been focusing on its live streaming business, undergoing significant strategic shifts during the COVID-19 pandemic to establish its unique monetization model that combines real-world and online elements. The platform has produced over 3,000 live streaming programs to date.

As a live streaming fan media, “NATSLIVE” provides a special time for both cast and fans through live broadcasts. It features live streams based on various themes, with cooking live streams being the main focus.

DIMENSION believes that NATSLIVE’s business model can be expanded beyond just cooking content, into various other areas. Additionally, the management team at NATSLIVE has deep insights into this domain and possesses strong relationship-building skills and passionate commitment to grow alongside many stakeholders. Furthermore, we find it highly appealing that the service offers special experiences worth the cost for fans. Taking all these factors into account, we have decided to lead the investment at this time.

Through this investment, DIMENSION will support NATSLIVE’s new mission of “bringing playful joy to everyday life.” Additionally, we will continue to invest in and support entrepreneurs who are dedicated and sincere in their management efforts.
